  1. All participation instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Participation in this Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoters and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion. Exclusive for ASDA Rewards members.
  3. Purchase is necessary. Please retain promotional packaging as this will be required for validation. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
  4. Purchase Period: Purchase between 00.00 on the 13 July 2023 and 23.59 on 27 August 2023.
  5. Promotional Period: Enter between 00.00 on the 13 July 2023 and 23.59 on 31 August 2023.

    1. Purchase a Participating Pack in any participating ASDA store or via ASDA.com.
    2. Visit www.asdasummersnacks.co.uk, complete the online form providing your details (name, email address and your 16-digit ASDA Rewards ID number), and enter the individual code found on pack to receive instructions by email to receive your 2for1 voucher to one of over 500 family attractions or activities (for more details, see clause 9). To set up an ASDA Rewards account, you'll need to download the ASDA Rewards app, which is available for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  1. Maximum of 1 2for1 voucher is permitted per household per day during the Promotion Period.
  2. A maximum of one 2for1 voucher per household can be used at any attraction or activity.
  3. 2for1 Vouchers: Each participant will receive a 2for1 voucher to be used at one of over 500 activity locations in the UK. Participants will be contacted via email with instructions on how to access and redeem their 2for1 voucher. The 2for1 offer provides one free ticket with a full priced adult ticket. Vouchers will need to be printed in order to be used. The voucher will provide the participant with a 2for1 discount on an exciting mix of family-themed activities and attractions such as:

Vouchers are available until 31 December 2023 and are valid for 12 months from date of issue or until 31 December 2024 whichever is earlier. Participation in this Promotion must be on your own behalf; you cannot participate or receive a voucher for another person. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered. 2 for 1 offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

  1. The 2for1vouchers are personalised and are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  2. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures,  or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with any aspect of the Promotion or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
  3. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoters do not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.asdasummersnacks.co.uk or www.asdasummersnacks2for1.co.uk.
  4. The Promoters together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the 2for1 voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  5. Participation in the Promotion must be directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any 2for1 voucher awarded will be void. Participants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
  6. The Promoters will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters.
  7. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The Promoters may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a 2for1 voucher may be withheld unless and until the Promoters are satisfied with the verification. 
  8. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoters (or their appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoters’ promotions, products or services. The Promoters (or their appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoters’ privacy policies, available at https://www.asda.com/privacy and https://www.pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en?domain=walkers.co.uk. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that Walkers Snacks Limited will share your ASDA Rewards ID number with ASDA Stores Limited.
  9. For the avoidance of doubt, Walkers Snacks Limited and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or any 2for1 activity redeemed, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  10. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
  11. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  12. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
